Below you will find a list of places that will be able to support you, your family and your mates. These organisations have dedicated workers who will listen without judgement and support you to access the help you need. Whether you are having feelings of suicide, need help to get your finances in order or want to ask questions about how to support your kids, these resources can help.

Lifeline provides all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention accessible via phone, text or online chat.

Black Dog Institute
Whatever you are feeling, you are not alone. Talking about what’s going on with others who understand – or may be going through something similar – can really make a difference. The Black Dog Institute have a list of support groups in every state and territory that can help you connect with groups of people who meet regularly to discuss their experiences, their problems and their strategies for coping.
